You need to work on your reading retention. You can't find anywhere in the opening post the words "our greatest need is acceptance". I said it's something we all long for and yearn for. And that yearning is rooted in our need for perfect, true and unconditional love. And as I quote Keller he leads to the conclusion that the only person who can love us that way is one who doesn't need us. His conclusion is that only Jesus can love us that way because He doesn't need us.
Jesus is salvation. Jesus is the righteousness of God. There's no contradiction to what I said, you're just quick to argue because you like to hear yourself talk. You build a straw man and tear him apart. You're arguing against things I didn't say.
