according to the book of adam(s) adam and eve had close to 60 kids. the kids married each other, and from them the population grew. so cain married his sister.
so i am sure that some how noahs kids was related to their wifes.
people get uptight and say they would have never done such a thing, but yes they did, infact they did so all the way up until God commanded them not to after the exodus.
if im not mistaken Othniel caleb's brother ( was given caleb's daughter in marriage) so he married his niece
