Jediwill, I'm so sorry for your loss. Maybe it's because my hubby has over 40 years on our local fire department - but I have to tell you - funerals for firemen and EMT's are some of the hardest in the world for me. Do they do something called a "last call" where you live? In our area, the dispatcher will tone out a "last call for _____" while everyone is standing at the cemetary. I do pretty good until then. But when they do that, I lose it every time!
So my evening? Pretty good. We're having my son's grad party tomorrow so I have worked my fingers to the bones all week getting ready. Everything is under control and I just have a few more things to do tomorrow and then it's a matter of waiting for everyone to arrive. I already know it is going to be EXTREMELY well attended - we've had lots and lots of calls RSVPing. Gonna be a fun time!
