Cindy, you are so correct.
But because someone is able and capable of lusting over someone who is fully dressed, does that then make it okay for everyone to dress half naked because people are gonna lust anyway? Heaven forbid that would happen.
I wouldn't want my wife (if I had one) to run around half naked and create a stumbling block for my brothers or anyone else for that matter. (And I don't want anyone messing with what's mine and vice versa.) I believe I'm in the book when I speak of this principle as well. (
