You know, AYR...I had the exact same question not that long.

I told my Elder, that doesn't seem very Christ-like to kick them out of the UPC altogether because they made a mistake.

We have a minister that comes to our church quite often. He pastors in a neighboring city. A long time ago he made some poor decisions while he was licensed with the UPCI. Now, he can no longer have one even though he has repented and is now pastoring an Apostolic Church.

I don't have a satisfactory answer for you, other than...a line has to be drawn somewhere.

At what point is enough enough?

But I agree with you about this and it's a problem the UPC has (what organization doesn't have issues?).

The gifts and calling are without repentance. Bro. Arnold preached on this some time ago.

When God calls a man or woman to do or be something, he or she is that until they die. If they are a prophet, then they are a prophet until they die. Regardless if they have credentials or not.

That's my take on it.

It's so easy, once you've been offended to find other things that are wrong with that entity that has offended you. It's like they just magnify that much more.

I recognize that my organization is not perfect. I recognize that my organization is ran my humans. Some have pride. Some have egos. Some are great apostolic men and women of God.
