apparently the koran doesnt have anything written about beastiality though since that was rampant in night vids taken, while my son was over there.

Re: Christians and Muslims Unite against porn

I'm all for liberty. Hotels provide this form of entertainment because people want it. Should I urge the CEO of a book store chain not to sell adult books and magazines simply because it offends my sensibilities??? Why not just... choose not to buy the stuff? No one forces the materials on anyone that I am aware of.

I'm also leery of the Islamic motive here. You see... Islam is becoming a growing force in the United States. Soon Muslims will begin forming larger and larger political action committies. We've seen how foregin countries in Europe have faced these bodies and began incorporating Islamic law in their legal codes to satisfy the Islamic citizens. I've often warned that if we tear down the walls dividing church and state... the Muslims are waiting in the shadows to let their voice be heard. For this reason, I've become a STRONG supporter of the separation of church and state. Don't get too cozy with Muslims. Not all of them are as pure in their motive as we think. If this "friendship" becomes comfortable it will extend into the political realm and we might see religious law becoming more and more prevalent in America.

If the separation of church and state fails, then the muslims managed to do something that the Christian church could not. How well does that speak for Christians?

For the record, I am not against the political unity for the "common good".

I am against the intrusion of privacy.

Let freedom ring!

Legislating righteousness will only lead to a godless society. Compare Europe's history with Europe's present and you will see what I mean.

First, we legislate morality all the time. Don't kill, don't steal, etc. that stupid catch phrase from the left is worn out and makes no sense at all.

Second, and most importantly this isn't legislation, this is pressuring businesses not to make it available in their place of business.

I thought about that admittedly overused and "stupid catch phrase" after I typed it, but I don't know how else to express that I want LIMITED government intrusion and limited government mandates on moral matters.

I didn't read carefully enough and I am glad it's not the government pressuring for this.

The fact that private citizens have united for this cause is encouraging. The fact that private businesses have the choice to give in or stand their ground is encouraging.

Re: Christians and Muslims Unite against porn

Mohammed married 12 times (including his adopted son's wife, Zainab) who is claimed to be a child
(Considered as incest in Arabia but a special case for the prophet, see Surah 33: 37-39).

And Christians are suppose to be working with these people to make a stand against porn? That's a joke!

Jesus: "He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth."
He was talking about the ones that deny Him as Saviour.

Re: Christians and Muslims Unite against porn

Reliably ignorant, at least. Hopefully you get that I
am not attempting to change your mind,
but refute your inbred, antichristian rhetoric,
as I fear that it is a commonly held misconception.

Your words might be true, strictly speaking,
but this reps most Muslims like the Pope
granting indulgences reps most Christians.

And all "separation of church and state"
is going to get you, people, is what you have
right now;

Christians divided by a (Rep/Dem) wall,
satan in charge, and his influence leaking from
every pore; and Dordt's confidently clueless posts,
where Muslims are concerned, anyway.

Although I will say that I am confident that the horrors
you all predict will come to pass; which will, of course,
be "blamed" on Muslims, instead of the humongous vacuum
created by "Christians" who worship at the altar of Politics.

Frankly, I think America will be a much better place then.
We obviously have no clue what "Iron Scepter" means right now...

Or possibly the Crusades might rep you better than the Pope...

Ignore Ghandi at your peril. This guy completely
changed the plight of the poor in his country,
using Christ's model.
