If you decide to do this, just remember that you are not likely to get any compassion for your views. When that happens, you will know that you are making the right decision to leave. On the flip-side, you may want to think twice before speaking with him. If you feel strongly you should.....then maybe you should. But if you know it will be a waste of time, you don't need to put yourself through that, probably.
