Should we and why?
YB said he carried on working even though he knew there were civilians around "because these were our instructions. I'm just a soldier, you just carry out orders … I told the commander there were people around. The instruction was don't stop, keep working. It was not my decision, it was the officers'."
We should not double aid to a country who deliberately ran over a 23-yr-old American citizen holding nothing but a bullhorn and protesting the bulldozing of homes in Gaza.
"Just following orders" didnt work at Nuremberg and should not work in this case either. This young lady was not violent, did not threaten anyone, and did nothing wrong and was run over then backed over again by an Israeli soldier "just doing his job".
I think we should aid and support nations who share our core and intrinsic values of freedom and human rights and should not send a single dime to anyone else. At this time Israel is demonstrating a dismal regard for human rights. Rachel Corrie was from Washington and was not a poor unarmed villager from a dirt hut and we are at a minimum owed an apology.

We build it, they destroy it, time to stop building.
