Yes, I understand you were indeed a Pastor a UPC one at that & I have seen some of your material which is pretty good.
That being said, i have never once said that he isn't guilty of--something.
It may be, I am not privy to the info & I am sure that if this was dealt with inhouse as a Church it should remain there.
Anything else is gossip, pure & simple.
The forum isn't the place to deal with these issues & isn't fair really to the Minister his family & the other parties as they are not here to present their sides.
If this can't be seen as such & I have pasted scripture for it.
One thing to consider Michael, in dealing with the Pharisees it was Jesus who deaklt with them--not the other disciples.
THere are some things that God holds as his perogative.

You make good points, Ron, but let me run the chain out a bit further......Paul says to "mark" those who cause divisions and walk contrary to the doctrine.
The word "Mark" in the Greek is "skopeo" which means to "Observe and contemplate or to brand, to take heed"........
Paul was against gossip, but he was highly in favor of observing ungodly behaviour among those who claimed to be Christians so they could be avoided.
Now, I'm not in favor of arbitrary gossip, but to think that it's not the right of outsiders to observe and discuss the ungodly behavior of a person who claims to be a Christian is unbiblical.
