I believe that there are a few people who are in this world who are living righteous unto God, who show forth these fruits, even though they don't know the true gospel...but then again, for a lot of others that I've seen, these scriptures do come to mind...Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof...(2Tim 3:5) And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light...it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness (2Cor 11:14) Mystery of iniquity...(2Thes 2:7).

Also keep in mind that there are also Atheist who are showing forth these fruits and others, who are often loving, charitable, giving, meek, temperate, helpful of their neighbors, do good unto others etc., that doesn't mean that they are saved now...
