I just thought that verse meant that the disciples would no longer go to Jesus as a man with their needs but would go to Him as their Heavenly Father. Sort of like what Paul meant that we may have known Jesus in the flesh in the past but now our relationship to Him is with a spiritual being (
2 Cor 5:16).
Bro. Blume, I'm not disagreeing with you but some of the language you used would be called "trinity" by some OP's who would have a problem quoting
John 3:16 or
Acts 10:38.
