No the bible says Jacob said he would tithe. I simply believed Jacob...do you or was Jacob a liar?

Jacob said he would tithe if God became His God. Was Jacob a liar?

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
