You can't get more precise than that. Being concerned about the effect it has on small business is ONE ISSUE but the ISSUE I addressed was YOUR precise and exact words that this was a concerted effort BY big business to harm small businesses and I disagree. This is about big government taking MORE tax money.

I can say that "precisely" without lining out where the money is actually going. Most people I talk to understand the conversation. And I DO NOT agree that it was NOT their intention to hurt the small business.
