Just because there are negative consequences of a bill does not mean THAT was the REASON for the bill. And I understand what all the talking heads are saying. I rarely believe what Politicians say.
States need more revenues and need to lean less on the Federal Government especially with Obama Care looming on the horizon.
I believe this is about tax revenue. Pure and simple. They are obfuscating this being about fairness to brick and morter businesses (which also includes ma and pa stores) but the reality is this is about tax revenues.
That is my opinion
