I didn't say cutting THEIR revenue is about tax revenues. I said that this BILL is about tax revenues. It will increase tax revenues to State and Local coffers.

No I do not believe government passed this bill to HURT ma and pa retailers even though that will be the negative consequences of it
I believe THEY passed it BECAUSE they want MORE tax revenues.
Yes the IMPACT it will have is negative. NO the reason they want this bill is NOT to hurt ma and pa retailers but to put their hands into our pockets and take more money.
