Right. The point I was making was that he was asked by dispatch for information and at a later point was told they didn't want him doing that (or whatever to that effect).
Didn't the dispatch asked where TM went? Didn't he ask for a description?
If I call 911 to report something someone is doing, and part of what they are doing is moving about in the shadows of the night, within just a minute or two they could be out of sight. If I'm asked for a description and direction and what that person is doing, that will likely force me to leave my vehicle to find that information out. I believe this is what he was doing and as NW, he would have likely done that any other time he'd called 911 to make a report.
I'm not sure why there are people who have a sudden problem with that in this country.
