Of course, the Spirit speaks thru you, but you have control of, if you speak or if you want to remain quiet. But you are the one missing the point. You don't speak with your mouth, or you can speak, when the tongues is in your head.
And I did not go on and on about other things. Since you said that

David, I know that you for some reason, don't like me. You don't know me. But it seems to me that every serious Post that I write, you try to disprove what I say. But to say that there is something wrong with me mentally, and I belong in a mental hospital, is not just rude, it is hateful and shows your spirit. And yes, it offends me greatly.
And I see where you changed control, to mean control of the tongue. And in that you are absolutely right. When a person speaks in tongues, they don't have control of their tongue. If they did, they would have to think of what to say next.
Neither do they control the words in their head. And they don't have to be spoken, to be there.
I believe there are others on here that would disagree with you, about my mental state.
