Yes, almost 700 times some say. I've never counted so I'm not sure if that's an accurate number or not.
Do you follow the Old Covenant? Of course you don't, neither do I. Neither did the early Church.
We know that there was no scripture, no books, for the first several decades of the early Church. The Church didn't meet, read scripture, and then hear a sermon preached from scripture...for there was no New Covenant scripture. It hadn't been written yet. Did Paul teach in His church, of course he did. Did Peter teach in his church, of course he did. But they weren't using any of the books of the New Testament to do it....they didn't exist.
The only source was the Spirit leading and guiding, not a book with words on a page.

You are confusing God's covenant with the OT books. As I said they PREACHED from the OT.

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.
