Since most murders are committed without an eye witness i guess we should okay murder as long as no one sees it. I mean how else can we prove it? Of course the thing with murderers is that they like to kill all witnesses sometimes...
This idea of he said vs. he said is well and good but when a guy keeps on getting in situations where there are no witnesses and keeps on being accussed of crimes i'd say there is something to some of those claims.
