UPCI still preaches against TV. I went to a seminar in 2012 for a local minister license and the question about TV was there on the first page. Fortunately I had lost my cable connection 3 months before and I did not have to lie. My former Pastor nonetheless has at least 3 TVs, but none in the living room or any visible part of his house. He complained that the other Pastors of the District watched TV shows on their computers. The whole thing is hypocritical
