Sure.
Every single claim that God has said something is made by a human. I.e., a man (or woman) claims to have hears God say something -- whether by an audible voice, or a dream, or a still small voice. Some of those claims were written down thousands of years ago. Some of those written claims are believed by many people today. So when you say "God said xyz", what you really mean is "Someone claimed that God said xyz, and I believe him."
By the way, whether such claims are true or not is irrelevant to my statement. So it you agree with it, it's not an admission that you might be wrong (or more to the point, that the one who made the original claim might be wrong), so there's no reason to disagree, really. (But some will anyway, I expect.
