However, there are side effects that one must deal with once the rush is gone and you're left with memories, good and bad.

Drugs and alcohol give a rush. Illicit sex gives a rush. Murder gives a rush. Many legal and illegal things give a rush. Doesn't mean a Christian should be involved in doing them.
