And I believe that is the point that people are trying to make here. I haven't gotten the impression anyone is against the shout.
The elephant in the room is that we have seen, to a large degree, noise without strength. We have seen cheerleading without strength, only for effect.
As we are looking for a strong person to lead this country in 2016, it is no different than looking for a strong, purposeful leader like Paul in the churches.
Shout unto the Lord with the voice of triumph, but let it be about more than noise - let it be about commitment and strength.
Additionally, this commentary has nothing to do with questioning the speaker's motives in the OP's video - for the record.

Amen. I love the shout, and I believe God does mighty things when His people praise Him. I also believe, as you posted, it should be more than just noise.
