Ok so he either had the Holy Ghost or he didnt. But if he didnt he certainly seems to talk a lot about the necessity of it.
Even if he didnt have it, it would certainly be a indictment against us who DO claim to have the HolyGhost and accomplish so little in comparison.

We should not be comparing ourselves with others. Living for God is not a competitive sport. there are too many factors involved in the abilities, callings, resources, opportunities, etc. To say "in comparison" about virtually anything concerning accomplishments of man does not fit well in God's kingdom, (hence scriptures warning not to do so). Its certainly not an indictment against the church if others are charitable and giving.
