We need to take the Bible as a whole, not a fragmented mess.
These men were all trained in Rabbinical schools. Paul happens to have more training then all of the apostles 2 Peter 3:16. 1 Timothy 5:22 is talking about not commissioning just anyone to minister.
Also ministers were to be married and have a family. So everyone could gauge how he would manage his ministry 1 Timothy 3:5

You are right that Paul was highly educated in Judaism. He was also persecuting and killing Christians. His training was not for Christian ministry. He was a novice at that, yet he went straightway . . .
And preached Christ in the synagogues, that he was the son of God.
He didn’t wait. He didn’t ask permission either, evidently.
