Most dispensationalists believe in pre-trib but not all. Also, you don't need to be dispensationalist to believe in pre-trib.
UPCI allows people to believe some sort of dispensationalism. You won't be kicked out because of that, however, they state that you can't be dispensationalist as it is taught and oneness apostolic pentecostal. Bernard says you have to either modify dispensationalism or drop it all together. All License ministers in the UPCI are required to read a book about apostolic biblical interpretation that states what I just said.
