No, but if God doesn't change and they started out worshipping the God of the Old Testamant and have the exact same origins, then technically it is still the same God, even if their perception is different.
If I invent a God called Jabwersdflzrtizn then the God that I invented does not have an origin with the Jewish God of the bible, therefore is not the same God. This is simple to me, maybe I am just not explaining it properly.
