The consistency is in those who refuse to accept the Bible. It is among those who add or take away from the truth. If you believe in the trinity, or in salvation by any other way than by grace through faith according to
Acts 2:38, then you are not of the Kingdom.
Now, can you refute with scripture the idea of the Oneness of God? Can you, without any doubt, prove the trinity to be a biblically based doctrine, taught explicitly by the Apostle, the prophets, or Jesus Christ?
