I'd like more people to have that frame of mind.

What I'm trying to really convey is that when the anointing is present and the Spirit of God is allowed to have His way there will be response. It isn't something you have to force. If you have to force it, then you aren't taking your time and are impatient.
Amen.

I agree! We have a couple that has a daughter, about five years old, that just defies everything they say to her. She was standing on a songbook the other night and they told her to get off of it. She looked at them and smiled and stood on it again.

I would have dragged her out and spanked her for every time she did it. Little brat!

I remember my daughter walking up and asking me something at church when she was five. I said, "No." She said, "O.K." and walked off. One of the men said, "Man, that was easy." I said, "She knows she'll get it if she causes a scene."

Double Amen, Tamor! I am so tired of us being impatient. Man, look who is calling that Kettle black! (lol) Nonetheless, (lol) it takes me at least 15 to 20 minutes just to get my mind calmed down when I go into prayer.

An old friend of mine was "rocking" out to music. If there had not been music playing I would have thought he was in a Pentecostal service.

Sometimes it's equally distracting have parents taking their kids out for every little thing as it is with kids acting up.

Agreed, which is why they should sit as close to the back (or door) as possible.
