I'm defining any preaching of standards as "lording"... so... there's tons of it everywhere lol....
The Bible says for Pastors to teach and lead by example, not make rules and punish people...

Do shepherds beat thier flock into submission so the flock never leaves the pasture they are suppose to be in or do they gently keep them there and then go and retrieve any who don't listen and bring them back???
