If Akampuke, were an American and held these views, I would say he has every right as an American to say what ever he wants without the fear of Government persecution.
That still would not mean, I think Columbia should host the nut.
As Akmapuke isnt an American, nor does he live in the USA neither legally nor illegally therefore no aspect of the Constitution need be extended to him. Freedom of speach in America is not his.
He should not be allowed to hail a cab much less give a speach. and he still needs a good killing.
