Get together with a bunch of church people and look at the food - massive amounts, most of it high calorie stuff. People go out to eat after church - usually late. Most don't get much exercise. Many times, it is pretty simple -- more calories going in than being used.

A lot of what we call food isn't food it is just more toxins for our body to have to work with. This just fills us up but doesn't satisfy our hunger. Therefore we are always hungry and the body is ready to eat hoping once again we will get nutrients in us, only to be disappointed with more toxins. Making it very hard to wake up in the morning.
If you are tried after you eat a meal your food isn't helping you. Your food is your fuel and it should energize you.
