I fully understand how people can be sensitive about this (considering something like 1/3 to 1/2 of all kids grew up with a jerk of an alcoholic father or mother) and for that reason I specifically DON'T "celebrate" it -and don't understand myself how some college kids ENJOY it (something I alluded to in another post which has been conveniently ignored).
BUT..... when Jesus HIMSELF actually CREATED wine, to put ANY post mearly talking about it into the same arena as "celebrating sin", I have a problem with that.

1. I did not read the other thread. The posts I find offensive are contained in this one.
2. Jesus created wine. Yet God's Word condemns drunkenness, and according to what I read in scripture, those at that particular wedding were drunk. So why was He there? Why did He give them more to drink? Can you explain that apparent contradiction?
