I would agree that everyone WILL receive. In fact, since I believe the man with faith has passed from death to life
(John 3:15-16, 36; 5:24; 6:40,47; 11:25,26), I believe that man has received the "gift of the Holy Ghost" which is eternal life when he repents unto faith
(i.e., repents unto life - Acts 11:18). The gift of God is eternal life (
Romans 6:23). This was the "promise of the Holy Ghost" Christ received of the Father
(Acts 2:33). This was the promise "made unto the fathers"
(Acts 13:32-33) which is also to "you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call"
(Acts 2:39).
