Your take on things is exactly right. When I have commented on your changing dress code it has been lighthearted teasing.
I have used the "bundage" term on AFF at various times for two reasons. One is that when I heard it a few years ago I found it very funny. (I have a very dry sense of humor) and secondly I know how it sets some conservatives / ultra cons off and that is always good fun!
