Lets look at the bottom line here. Victory Church doesn't simply "not turn away those who struggle" with homosexuality. If this is true, then I would agree it is very problematic and the view cannot be reconciled with the scriptures. Jesus can forgive homosexual behavior, but if is taught to be anything less than sin, then no forgiveness is needed nor granted.
