Listen, you aren't going to like this, but what I speak is fact.
Black neighborhoods are well-known for being bad. And we aren't talking about simple breaking into cars or stealing lawn ornaments. They are horrible crimes that include murder, armed robbery, and rape. It's not the white people who are committing the crimes there, but the black people. I know black people who won't reside in black neighborhoods because of the crime rates.
In white neighborhoods, most of the murders are domestic related. Crimes like simple break-ins and stealing are more common. Rapes also happen but aren't likely to be random. Drugs are bad in both neighborhoods, but shootings over drugs are more likely to happen in the black neighborhoods.
Gangs have a lot to do with it. I'm not aware of white gangs, although there may be some that exist. I lived in neighborhoods where black and hispanic gangs were all that were seen.
The above being fact, it's no wonder that there are more blacks in the jails and prisons. This isn't the fault of the white man. This is each individual's fault.
Commit the crime, do the time. I don't care what color you are.
