Can you imagine the howling shrieks that would arise if the poor among us WERE actually required to "pick their own food" (even though it was free) and not have it handed to them?
Imagine.... Just imagine, if people on ANY government assistance were simply required to sign a THANK YOU card, which would then be delivered to a random person who actually paid more taxes then benefits received.
