Rico, I didn't say that. I said that if you are going to purchase it and going through all the motions, but you are overweight, in spite of being otherwise healthy, they can deny you coverage. I didn't say that once it's in place they can then deny you.
However, if your weight is a problem and is costing them money, they can drop you eventually.
It's clear that they have the power.
