There is NO SUCH THINK as a Charismatic Apostolic, you are either one or the other.
God will not use unclean vessels. Where there are those claiming to be spirit fill and living like the world you will not find the anointing of the Holy Ghost.
There was an old prophet (who wasn't a true prophet or he would have prophesied against the altar himself0) Who told a young prophet that he was a prophet too and that the Lord told Him something different. Well the old man LIED, he gave a false word.
these folks that live like the world (women with their bobbed hair, maked up faces, pants and so on) do not have any anointing. There may be a spirit there but it's not the HOLY GHOST.
This is not a Apostolic board at all, but a charismatic one

I think I would be very careful about making statements like this. If it IS the Holy Ghost, you just spoke against it......and that's not a position I would want to be in.
But, then again, I know you won't receive this........
