Not exactly sure what you're asking, Rico, but I'll try to answer. We do not use the wording "apostolic". Do we believe the doctrine you're talking about? We believe in true repentance (changing your mind and direction), being baptized in Jesus' name, and living a holy life by the power of the Spirit. We do believe that the baptism of the Holy Ghost is for everyone today, but we don't believe that you will split hell wide open if you haven't spoken in tongues.
