Your experience when you dropped "dress standards"

I thought God was always trying to make life hard, in order to try me. It was hard for me to stand alone at school and be different.

Then I ran across the decision of the Apostles Council in Acts 15:28-29. I saw that the Holy Ghost was actually trying to make things easy for me. That was revelation to me. I didn't see the standards listed there in vs 29. The Articles of Faith just won't fit in one verse.

I have since come to understand that when you are totally and completely yielded to God, living for Him is the easiest thing you'll ever do.

From there, it was all downhill for me. You know what they say, "It's a slippery slope".
