Right. It obviously means something.

This is an old testament principle. Love your neighbor, hate your enemy. How many times do we read in Psalms of David asking God to destroy his enemies?

But you are right...............eye for an eye may not fit into it as well.
David fought in many wars. He was a bloody man and could not build the temple.

You forgot shooting the one that breaks into your home and tries to rape your wife.

That's not in there?

Oh you mean he didn't address that situation?

What to do?

BANG BANG BANG too late now you should have spoke up sooner.

What response do you want me to give you?? I cannot see a Christian doing this, and not having to repent afterward.

I would say it is pretty well covered in LOVE YOUR ENEMIES. If you can't see that, then I could post my fingers to the bones and all I would get would be bony fingers.

All kidding aside, I don't think love your enemies has anything to do with defending yourself or your family.

If you don't want to respond to those who respond to your points, then why are you making them? It's like you are ignoring any post you realize you can't answer or something. What gives, Brutha? I've answered at least a couple of your posts with no response from you. Are ya skeered?

It doesn't, Baron, and they know that.

If I didn't respond to them, then I didn't see them, or figured there was not anything to respond to. I will go back and look.

Oh, boy! I don't even remember what page they're on to help you find them. Oh well. Don't worry about it. I know this has been a fast paced thread. I am pretty much wore out too. It's starting to look like nitey nitey time.
