Bro...we're talking about your Fourth Amendment rights. It doesn't matter if you've broken the law or not...it's a Constitutional provision to protect you from wrongful searches, tappings, seizures, etc.

Anyone who would give up their liberties for safety... deserve neither liberty nor safety.
