Again we go back to what the word means and what people want it to mean. "Zionist" doesnt simply mean "one who wants modern Isreal to exist" to people who use it in the context you have used it here. It has a neferious hidden secret and dangerous meaing. That is a bunch of hooey if you ask me.
if my believing that Israel has a right to exist because I believe that the Jewish people have a right to have thier own nation then I am what I am, but lets not ascribe all those other dark and hidden meanings to it.
I also believe the Kurds ought to have a national homeland.
So do you think Israel is the bad guy in the middle east? do you think America should not ally with them?

Ferd, I too agree for Israel to exist as a nation that isn't the point.
The point is this, is Israel in it's current form & how it is gone about it been 100% the will of God?
That is the only question.
