Mennonites believe in salvation by faith, but to varying degrees also tend to have commitment and discipleship attached as an integral part of becoming a Christian.
They affirm an Adult Believers Baptism as public proclamation of conversion, and most do not expect a specific sign of the Holy Spirit's indwelling.
The more conservative churches have greater list of works/fruits they look for.
Mennonites are not generally judgmental of other Christian Churches - at least not to the point where they openly question their salvation.
