No, you don't OWE it. Ever. But at the same time, women should be understanding of a man's different sex drive, and not lead him into HotandHeavyVille, then leave him stranded. That is simply inconsiderate. Why would anyone want to do that to a man, except to be mean?
I'm not saying if you get to 'ville, you have to go the rest of the way through town just because you arrived at the outskirts (ROFL), but it's better to just stay out of town entirely, IMO.
