I believe it is the Shekinah that is on women because of their hair. When I cut my hair after yrs in believeing I shouldnt, it actually hurt. I felt like I had cut something alive. The Holy Ghost in me grieved and grieved for several minutes. I have returned to not cutting my hair.

The bible does not say the Glory of God is ON a woman because of her hair, uncut or otherwise. You receive God's glory just as man does, by faith.
You grieved. That's called guilt. Same principle works in men who were taught to feel guilt for having facial hair, despite the fact that the bible does not teach it.
Feelings are subjective. Catholics have feelings for Mary and FEEL that she is hearing their prayers. So be careful about what you feel. Muslims experience feelings too and attribute it to Allah.
That is beside the main point, the bible makes no connection between God's glory on a woman and her hair.
