What I don't understand is - if we all agree that there really are some pastors out there who have no business pastoring a church then why is that when someone has an experience with one of these pastors and is hurt, we attack that person? Have they done something wrong by choosing to be in the church under the pastor who shouldn't be pastoring? Is it their fault that the guy is doing wrong??? Isn't that kind of like blaming the pastor when he has a saint who goes off in sin?

I agree, she did a great job of keeping her pastor's name out of it. (Of course, some folks here seem to know who she was speaking of anyway, if that matters.)
As to the last paragraph, I will continue to contend that the internet is not the greatest place int he wold for these types of discussions.
My experience has been that until I talk to Him about it, and let Him do the healing work, all of the talking to people will accomplish nothing and merely delays my getting the healing from Him that I need. When counseling folks that have been hurt and abused I ultimately tell them the same thing. They may feel a need to vent to other folks but until they vent to God the healing process will never totally occur.
It's kind of funny that it seems when you do vent to God and let Him do the healing you no longer desire to talk to people about the situation.
