Well, that's what a police officer does when he stops your vehicle. What would be the difference?

We are talking about nabbing people for having box cutters, guns, knives, etc, BUT money can do much harm and maybe more in the long run - it can buy more and bigger things - pay for services, etc. toward terrorism, etc.

So, if the guy is suspect by having a box of money in his luggage - what is up with that? It is suspect, Digging.
